The official G8 limited edition pen, chosen by the Italian
Prime Minister's G8 department as the offical writing instrument
for the signing documents during the G8 Summit. Attended by
the Heads of State of Canada, France, Germany, Great Britian,
Italy, Japan, Russia and the United States, the Summit was held
in the maritime city of Genoa in July 2001.
Marlen presented each of the Heads of State with a pen for the
signing of official documentation during the Summit.
This super light weight coned carbon fibre fountain pen and
rollerball is the first of its kind. The super light weight
carbon fibre barrel and cap sport the official Caravel logo
with solid .925 silver accents.
