If you do not see an item you are interested in, please contact us. We will be happy to special order any item availability permitting. All special orders are non-returnable or refundable. If the item is defective, all new pens are under manufacturers warranty unless otherwise noted.

For all international shipments $35.00 up to 1 lb.

Warranty & Return Policy


Warranty Information:
Most new pens are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Should you require service, the manufacturer's authorized service department may be contacted directly.

Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within 48 hours to arrange a return.

All items must be returned within seven (7) days. Returns must be in the same condition received, including original and undamaged boxes, all documentation We will not and cannot accept returns on new pens that have been either inked or dipped.

Once item is returned to us, we will cheerfully issue a full refund less shipping charges, and restocking fee of 5% (when applicable).

We are always in the market for vintage and limited edition pens. We are often asked where our vast selection of vintage pens come from, the answer is simple... you our valued customers. Many collectors start out collecting everything they see, some are specific, and almost all change strategy. We will evaluate your pens, make an offer to purchase and then, you decide. Sell or consign for sale. The choice is yours.
